StageSend Privacy Policy

Overview

StageSend is provided by Sleepycat Software LLC. StageSend is designed as a local-first mobile application and does not require an account.

Information stored on the device

StageSend stores the following information locally on your device:

• Artist and event details
• Venue and contact details
• Stage layouts
• Input lists
• Monitor and in-ear requests
• Production notes
• Generated document configuration
• Your saved free PDF and its frozen preview

Event data is stored in the app's local database. A record indicating whether the one-free-PDF allowance has been consumed is stored separately in secure device storage, and the saved free PDF and its frozen preview are kept in the app's durable local documents directory.

Sleepycat Software does not receive or store the contents of your stage plots, input lists, monitor requests, or production notes on its servers.

Purchases

StageSend offers an optional one-time Lifetime Pro purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the device. StageSend uses RevenueCat to verify and restore purchase entitlement.

RevenueCat may process:

• An anonymous app user identifier
• Device type
• Operating-system information
• App activity timestamps used for entitlement operation
• Apple purchase receipts
• Google purchase tokens
• Purchase and entitlement history

Sleepycat Software does not receive or store users' complete payment-card information. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.

PDF generation and sharing

StageSend generates PDFs locally on the device. The first generated PDF is free and is saved locally as a frozen PDF and HTML snapshot. That exact PDF can be reopened, saved, shared, and printed indefinitely without generating another document. New or updated PDFs require the optional Lifetime Pro purchase.

When you choose to share, save, or print a PDF, the file is passed to the operating system's share, file, or print interface. The selected third-party app or destination is governed by its own privacy practices.

Support communications

StageSend does not collect an email address through an in-app account. When you contact support voluntarily, Sleepycat Software receives the information included in the email, such as:

• Email address
• Message content
• Screenshots or attachments
• Device or troubleshooting details you choose to provide

This information is used to answer and resolve the support request.

Features StageSend does not use

The current StageSend application does not include:

• User accounts
• Advertising
• Third-party behavioral analytics
• Location access
• Contacts access
• Microphone access
• Camera or photo-library access
• Cloud storage or cloud synchronization of event contents

Data retention and deletion

• Event data remains on the device until you delete the event or remove the app, subject to operating-system backup and restoration behavior.
• Your saved free PDF and its frozen preview remain on the device until you remove them or the app. Editing or deleting the source event does not delete the saved PDF.
• Purchase records are retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat according to their respective policies and legal obligations.
• Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Children's privacy

StageSend is a general-purpose utility and is not directed specifically to children under 13. Sleepycat Software does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through StageSend.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when StageSend's functionality, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when changes are published.
